Returns and 60-day money-back guarantee

At KURKLUB, we're confident in the effectiveness of our products and want everyone to be able to try them risk-free. Therefore, we offer an extended 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products.

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and give you the freedom to try our products risk-free.

Return process

1. Contact: Send an email to team@kurklub.de to initiate the return.
2. Return instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions and the address for returning the product.
3. Packaging and Shipping: Pack the product securely and send it to the specified return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the full purchase price using your original payment method.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nico Ploen, Eppendorfer Landstraße 98c, 20249 Hamburg, Germany, team@kurklub.de , telephone: 01784904347) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to tbd (tbd, tbd, Germany) promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
